Before a stewardship engagement begins, we’ll walk through your home together and talk about its systems, routines, quirks, ongoing projects and anything you particularly want watched. We’ll also establish what I can handle independently, what requires your approval, and when you’d like to hear from me.

From there, we create a clear plan for your home rather than fitting your home into a predetermined package.
